# Update

**Introduction**

The "Update" step modifies existing entries in a specified table in the database. This step is useful for changing values in one or more records.

**Configuration**

* **Table**: Specifies the table containing the entries to be updated. This parameter is required.
* **Value**: Defines the new values for the table's columns to apply to the entries.

**Subpaths**

* **Filter**: Provides access to the table's columns for defining filters or conditions.
* **Update**: Enables access to the table's columns to specify which fields should be updated and their new values.
