# Delete Message

**Introduction** 

This step is used to delete a specific message from a channel in a guild.

**Configuration**

* **Message**: Select the message that you want to delete. This is a required field.

**Usage** 

Useful for removing inappropriate, outdated, or irrelevant messages to maintain a clean and appropriate conversation flow within the guild.

**Permissions**

* Requires the "Manage Messages" permission to execute the deletion of messages.
